Heyo Everyone! Happy Pride Month!  As Pride Month is coming to an end, the goal of Pluhnoah has always been to give a platform to a diverse group of individuals, specifically minorities. And with many LGBTQ+ characters in the game already I decided to add even more! This time in form of a gay married couple! That would be Sachiel and Oleander!

While I'm already here I would like to confirm the sexuality of some of the main characters to celebrate!

Florrent: Pansexual

Xul: Asexual

Bearby: Homosexual

Rowena: Homosexual

These has always been their identity throughout the making of Pluhnoah and I hope you guys resonate with these characters and love them as much as I do.

Now let's get to the Update section! I worked quite diligently to get this update out this month, as now being in summer break I hit the road running and started work as soon as possible.  There is plenty of juicy side content too and lots and lots of lore! So without further ado here are the Build Notes!

Story

Dungeon

• The Shaded Woods:  A mysterious woods with an equally horrifying history to the monsters that inhabit it. Collect sparkling rocks to create bridges across lakes and clear the dungeon. 

Monsters

The Shaded Woods

• New: - Hilamus:  It’s semi transparent body allows itself to camouflage into the water quite safely. The flower above its head shades it’s body and absorbs nutrients, keeping it relatively cool.
• New: - Ribus: Jumping around is no joke for a Ribus, they enjoy dancing and sunbathing at all times. It absorbs the sun through its flowers to store up energy for the night.
• New: - Allulant: This land creature has white cold skin, and a really bad temper. It will bite anything in arms length. It is unknown why this monster is so angry.
• New: - Fleeble:  If you catch a whiff of pie in the shaded forest, you must be near a Fleeble, these fast and scared creatures run endlessly so as to not be caught, because surely it would mean death.
• New: - Umbra:  A monster whose body is in a constant fight for dominance. Frequent screams and screeches are signs of it being nearby. Some mercenaries swear it sounds like someone screaming for help.

Paths Diverge

• The Shaded Woods: There are 5 different outcomes here. 1 for each of the violent, neutral and gentle routes respectively and 2 more depending if you have bearby in your party or not. **There is a very impactful decision to be made**

Battle System

• Reworked: -  Inserted a glowing circle before a mage uses a spell, it adds to the fantasy :)

Unique Passive Abilities

• New: Bearby: Snack Break! - Bearby has gained a unique passive to his jar that gives him a Snack Break. If the user is below 50% MP, they eat a snack to regen 5% MP.  Since Bearby is unable to have a second accessory I gave him a little love.

• Buff: Bright Light: - decreased the mana cost from 15% to 10%

Xul

• Nerf: Conglomerate: - decreased the damage per hit slightly. It was over performing and becoming a go to spell.

• Nerf: - decreased the amount of effectiveness of items from 200% to 

Blueberry Dew!

• New: - Everyone's favorite flavor is now a dew! Blueberry!

Restores 40% of your mana

Starfruit Dew!

• New: - The incredibly sweet and sour starfruit flavor is now

a dew! Restores 40% of your health.

Mango Dew!

• New: - Experience the tropical and juicy goodness of the Mango

Dew! Restores 25% of Health and 25% of Mana

Honestly, this is where most of my time was spent on this update as I really wanted to get it out this month. I was working with a lot of new techniques and overall different methods.
